The cue sheet and the campaign brief require the same brain.
I'm a stage manager who pivoted into marketing when the pandemic took the industry offline. Turns out running a live show and running a marketing department require the same brain. I thrived in it, built a department from scratch, managed a $250K/month ad budget, led a team across six disciplines, and made every decision with data behind it.
Somewhere in there I developed a real obsession with AI architecture and workflow systems. Now I'm bringing all of it back to where I started.
